Request Technology Pickup or Delivery

Overview

• Request State-owned equipment that is no longer needed be collected.
• State-owned equipment can include computers, monitors, desk phones, cell phones, mice, keyboards, adapter cables, etc.
• Equipment can be prepared for reissue or recycled.
• Equipment for pickup or recycling must be kept secure until it can be retrieved. (e.g. In a locked location such as an office or locked file cabinet.)

Benefits

• Equipment is properly cleaned of data and recycled
• The equipment inventory database is accurately updated
• Equipment may be re purposed if there is a need for it on campus

• University-owned equipment can also be dropped off in HuskyTech (Miller Center 102).
