Overview
There is a known issue with signing into personal EBSCOhost accounts when accessing the platform off campus via the library proxy. Off campus users will receive an error message when trying to sign into their Ebsco account and folder. Off campus users can access the Ebsco site and search for content, but will not ba able to log into their MyEBSCOhost account.
Users who are on campus or accessing the databases through the remote desktop application will not have this sign in issue.
Ebsco is aware of this issue and plans to correct it during future development. We will update this article when the issue is resolved. However, there is no expected completion date for this fix. We apologize for the inconvenience.
