TeamQ Error message: "ExecuteScalar requires an open and available Connection"


State computers with TeamQ software open. 


Error message "ExecuteScalar requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is closed."


This happens when a computer goes to sleep or the hard drive shuts down. TeamQ tries to stay in connection the whole time and is unable to when it goes to sleep. To prevent this issue, please sign out of TeamQ when you will be away from your desk for more than 15 minutes. Another suggestion is to extend the time before the computer goes to sleep and before the hard drives turn off. The hard drive setting is located in the Advanced Power Setting menu.
