Introduction
Favorite Settings are a way to change multiple settings with a simple drop down menu, rather than picking the settings you want every time you print a new document. This saves time and headache if configured properly.
Instructions
See this article for instructions on how to access Printing Preferences for your Department Printer
1. Change the preference settings you want to have saved onto your "Favorite Setting" group.
2. Click "Add”
3. Type a name for your Favorite Setting in the Name box.
Ignore the 6 checkboxes on the right hand side.
4. Click "OK".
5. You can save multiple favorites, if you want one for grayscale, color, paper tray settings, ect. Simply select your correct favorite you have saved to use those configurations
