Concurrent enrollment programs

Question

Does St. Cloud State University have concurrent enrollment programs for high school students?

Answer

The Senior to Sophomore Program (S2S) is St. Cloud State University's concurrent enrollment program. These courses are offered through partnerships with high schools allowing eligible high school students to enroll in introductory college-level courses in their high schools. It is similar in many ways to the on-campus Post-Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) Program where students earn college credit with college faculty.

Courses through Senior to Sophomore are facilitated on a day-to-day basis by the local high school teacher. Depending on the number of courses the local high school offers, it may be possible for students to earn enough credits through the S2S Program to begin their first year of college as a sophomore.
