How do I submit official transcripts?
Answer
Official transcripts are required when you apply for admission or before you are allowed to register for your second semester in graduate school.
Official transcripts from St. Cloud State or MN State schools will automatically download by our staff.
Non-SCSU/MN State and international transcripts should be sent via secure, encrypted portal, such as the National Student Clearinghouse or Parchment to St. Cloud State University, Graduate Admissions.
Mailed transcripts can be sent to the address below, or directly to your appropriate CAS address by downloading the Transcript Authorization Form in your application for admission.
