Introduction
To use the Zoom Add-in in Outlook, version 16.46 or better is required. The Zoom for Outlook Add-in will connect Outlook and Zoom for you so that you may configure meetings on your calendar with a Zoom session link for your invitees.
Instructions
- Open MS Outlook on your Mac
- Open the "Tools" Menu at the top of the screen
- Select "Get Add-ins"
- Type "Zoom" in the search box (top right of Add-ins window)
- Click "Zoom for Outlook"
- Click "Add"
