How many credits must I take to be considered a full-time student?

Answer

Undergraduate Students

• Full-time - 12 or more semester credits
• Half-time - 6-11 semester credits
• Less than half-time - 5 or less semester credits

• Full-time - 8 or more semester credits
• Half-time - 6-7 semester credits
• Less than half-time - 5 or less semester credits

Doctoral Students

• Full-time - 6 or more semester credits
• Half-time - 3-5 semester credits
