How to change the layout on Zoom Rooms with multiple screens
In Zoom Rooms with two or three displays, the display settings for each display are customized by the Zoom Rooms administrator. What you see on each display depends on the number of meeting participants and whether any participant is screen sharing.
Each display might be configured to show any of the following layouts:
- Me (the self-view of the room’s default camera)
- Gallery View
- Speaker View
Note: If multiple screens are configured for speaker view, the active speaker will only be shown on one screen. The other screen will display the last active speaker.
- Thumbnail View
Note: If Thumbnail View is enabled, it precludes the use of Gallery View on another display. In a two display room with thumbnail view configured for both displays after sharing starts, thumbnails will only be shown on the second display if there are more than 8 participants in the meeting. With 8 or fewer participants, shared content will be shown instead.
- Background Image configured for the room
Once screen sharing has been initiated, each display may also be configured to show:
- Shared Content from a meeting participant
- Thumbnail View + Shared Content from a meeting participant (note: it is possible for multiple displays to show Thumbnail View + Shared Content while Screen Sharing is in use)
