Introduction
If I manage more than one list, how do I see my all bounce lists in Simplelists?
Instructions
- Bounce lists are not grouped by list, they are common across all lists.
- A contact is the same for all lists that it is a member of, the bounces are also stored with the central contact.
- The email address bounces regardless of the list, so ordinarily any action would be the same regardless of the list.
- How to view your bounced list
- Once logged into SimpleLists
- From the left-hand navigation
- Under Messages
- Select Email Delivery
- You have two options, select Email delivery failures to see your bounced list.
- Then click the individual email address to see what list they bounced on to then remove that member
