📬 Viewing Bounced Emails in SimpleLists

🧾 Introduction

• Bounce lists are not list-specific: If you manage multiple lists, bounced emails are shared across all lists.
• Each contact is centralized: A bounced email is tied to the contact, not to a specific list.
• This means: If an email address bounces, it does so regardless of which list it was on.

🔍 How to View Your Bounced List

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log in to SimpleLists
   👉 https://www.simplelists.com/app/login
   Use your StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password.

2. Navigate to the Email Delivery Section

   • From the left-hand navigation menu, go to:
     • Messages → Email Delivery

3. View Bounced Emails

   • Click on “Email Delivery Failures.”
   • This will show a list of all email addresses that have bounced.

4. Identify the Affected List

   • Click on an individual email address in the bounced list.
   • You’ll see which list(s) the bounce occurred on.

5. Remove the Bounced Member

   • Once you know which list the bounce occurred on:
     • Go to Manage Lists
     • Select the appropriate list
     • Click Members
     • Find and remove the bounced email address
