Syncronized List FAQ

Summary

Syncronized list times and how these work

Body

Introduction

Synchronized lists are distribution lists that automatically update by pulling real-time data from ISRS, eliminating the need for manual user management.

When the Synchronized lists are made available, scripts will run at set times and will update the list membership automatically. It takes 24-48hrs for any change in the enrollment to reflect in your lists.  We recommend not making any changes to these list’s memberships
