How do I share feedback about NextGen Student policy and process alignment (PPA) early planning?

For detailed instructions, use the "Instructions for Providing Feedback on the Policy and Process Alignment" attachment located on this Knowledge Base article. 

Summarized instructions:

1. Watch a recording from a previous town hall-style session Minnesota State hosted on Oct. 8.

2. Join the SO-NextGen Student PPA Review Teams site for access to PPA documentation:

• Use the “Files” tab to navigate to the appropriate folders and files for the functional areas you wish to learn more about.

3. Use feedback forms to share your thoughts on the functional areas that are relevant to your work/you have an interest in by Nov. 1, 2024:

• Academic Foundation
• Admissions and Recruiting
• Financial Aid
• Student Financials
• Student Records, Advising and Curriculum (two separate surveys for these areas)
