Assistance with setup or other arrangements related to special events can be coordinated in advance once the event is approved and scheduled. Please note that all support is subject to staff availability.
When at all possible, please use spaces in their standard configuration and use spaces that are already designated for that function. For example, events with meals, as allowed per Minnesota State Policy and previously approved through a special exceptions form, should be held in event spaces, not in classrooms. This will reduce the need for unanticipated clean-ups and furniture re-sets and will help us to keep our spaces ready for our students.
