Use the Scan to Email feature when you need to send multi-page or double-sided documents. Follow the steps below to ensure both sides of your document are captured correctly.

Instructions

  • Log in to the printer
  • Select More Device Options
  • Tap the scanner option on the copier screen.
  1. Select your name from the list so it is highlighted.

  2. On the right side of the screen, locate the Preview section.
  3. Tap 1-Sided Original.
  4. Choose one of the 2-Sided (Duplex) options, depending on how your document is formatted.
  5. Tap Start to begin scanning.
  6. The screen will display the scanning progress as your document is processed.

Tips

  • Make sure your pages are aligned properly in the feeder to avoid mis-scans.
  • If unsure which duplex option to choose, start with the standard 2-sided setting and review the preview before sending.
