Per 7/12/21 meeting with Kim Ohmann and Eric Hanson, this work effort is complete
• A 2021 Self Audit is needed, Kim will complete and consult with Eric as needed
o If the results from the 2021 audit require ITS work, a new project would need to be requested
• The Health Services Department will decide if they want to hire a 3rd party auditing firm or keep doing what they are with self-assessments
• Eric indicated MinnState is going to be doing ITS audits and may add the HIPAA portion; no confirmation if they will or when they will
• Reviewed all of the items identified as “high” on the 2015 Assessment, Kim confirmed they have all been addressed (see below)
o Kim and Eric agreed that we can consider the 2015 Audit complete
o Eric indicated that the Low and the Medium can wait until the results of the 2021 self-audit are done
