Description

The software is crucial for the operation of Health Services. There have been many upgrades that have not been applied for a number of years. This upgrade would also move to a hosted solution. The Vendor is offering a greatly reduced upgrade fee of which we would like to take advantage.

In addition, the Vendor is offering a free trial for their Counseling Module as part of Covid. Use of this module cannot be taken advantage of unless the upgrade is completed. After the migration we would take advantage of that offer to determine if we could move from the current platform allowing us to consolidate into one application.
