Description

RightNow is a current software for knowledge base and ticketing services for multiple departments at SCSU. SCSU's RightNow service will end in June 2021, and TeamDynamix was selected as the new solution. The scope of this project is to transition existing RightNow-hosted knowledge base and ticketing services for non-IT departments to the new solution.
