Over summer 2026, new shared use multifunction printers will be installed and made available for students, faculty and staff use.

The printers listed below will be deployed over summer 2026. Once installed, they will be available for student, faculty and staff use and the deployment status will be updated once the printer has been installed and available for use. If the deployment status below states "Not Yet Deployed", it means that the printer is not yet available for use.
All new devices will have the following features:
- Color and monochrome (black-and-white) printing, scanning, and copying
- Single-sided and duplex (two-sided) printing, scanning, and copying
- Scan-to-email functionality
- Secure Print Release, with both mobile app and passcode options
- Support for letter, legal, and tabloid paper sizes
- Sorting and collating capabilities
- Envelope printing
- Paper capacity of 1,000+ sheets
