BCaBAs must, at a minimum, hold a Bachelor's degree, have taken 4 behavior analysis courses (180 hours of classroom instruction), have received 1,000 hours of supervised experience in behavior analysis, and pass the certification exam. BCaBAs must be regularly supervised by a BCBA.
