Answer
Under the Minnesota DREAM Act, eligible undocumented students may be eligible for state financial aid. Students must meet specific criteria and must apply for financial aid through the Minnesota Office of Higher Education (OHE). There may also be private scholarship options (non-SCSU scholarships) for undocumented students
