When do I receive my W-2 for the year? Is it available on-line?

Answer

Your W-2 Statement of Earnings is available by January 31 each year. You can access your W-2 online through your e-Services under the "Student Employment" link. You must first consent to an electronic receipt of your W-2 at the "Student Employment" link in your e-services.

If you do not provide consent for electronic W-2s, your W-2 will be printed by the Minnesota State System Office in St. Paul and mailed by January 31st to the permanent address you have on file with the University.
