Is there a meal allowance for student travel?

Answer

Student travel is allowed within certain budgets on campus depending on the funding authority of the account in question.  If student travel is allowed then it is generally assumed that includes meal allowances.  Per diem rates for students are the same as those defined by the Commissioner's Plan.
