As a student, is it beneficial for me to have a business card?
Answer
It is not necessary, but can be a nice way to make a positive impression and separate yourself from others as long as the card is professional.
Stay away from "clever, cute and funny." A "creative" business card may be okay if you are pursuing a creative profession/job, but again your first priority is for the card to be professional.
You should include your name, personal email, phone number and social handles like LinkedIn.
