How can I restrict the release of my directory information?

See information on our Data Privacy and Data Practice page. Complete a Request to Restrict Directory Information Disclosure and submit to the Office of Records and Registration, AS-118 or fax to (320) 308-2059.  

The Office of Records and Registration is open Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM.
