All student positions are posted online at Handshake. Whether you are eligible for work study funding or are looking for a job through SCSU student salaries, Handshake is your first step in your job search. 

1. Log in to Handshake with your Star ID (ex: aa1234bb) and Star ID password. Do not create an account. If you need help logging in, please contact the SCSU Career Center.
2. Upload your resume. You must upload a resume in order to apply for jobs.
3. Apply for positions. To apply for work study funded positions, go to "Jobs," click on "Filters," and select the "Work Study" box.
