Secondary school students successfully completing Project Lead the Way courses (PLTW) may apply for transcript credit from St. Cloud State University. A grade of S (Satisfactory) appears on the St. Cloud State University transcript. The student will receive 3 semester credits per course subject to the following conditions:
- All requirements for the PLTW course must be satisfied.
- A grade of B- or better (80%) or an End of Course Exam score of "Accomplished" is required. However, even if a student receives an "Accomplished" score, college credit cannot be awarded if the class is not passed.
- Please check with your school you plan to attend to see how they will count the credits. Credits should transfer but may not be used in a program. It is up to the receiving school to determine how the credits transfer. Once you have registered for the credit, processing fee is not refundable.
High School PLTW courses that SCSU will provide credit can be found on the website
