I am a new borrower of a federal loan. Do I have to complete anything?

Answer

As a first-time borrower, you will need to complete two pre-borrower requirements for a federal student loan. 

• Entrance Counseling (EC), and
• Master Promissory Note (MPN)

The EC and MPN are available on the Federal Student Aid (FSA) website. Log in with your FSA ID is required.
