St. Cloud State University routinely evaluates the condition of flooring materials across campus to determine the annual flooring replacement plan.
Instructions
Typically, flooring is replaced when it is significantly worn or creates a safety concern.
Additionally, SCSU has established design standards for flooring materials. The color/pattern of new flooring will generally be determined by Facilities Management to align with design standards.
If you have a concern about the condition of a floor, please submit a Facilities work request ticket to have the area evaluated.
