Introduction
Campus Cash is the conveniently stored value account that provides a cashless way to pay for purchases on and off campus. To use it simply deposit money onto your SCSU Campus Card and the balance will decline with each purchase you make.
Campus Cash Features
- Convenient. No need to carry cash, checks or credit cards.
- Automatic. If you still have a Campus Cash balance at the end of a semester/year, it automatically rolls over to the next semester/year.
- Current. Up-to-date balances available at every terminal or receipt after you make a purchase.
- Debt Free. No debt burden accumulates. The balance automatically declines as purchases are made.
- Safe. Campus Card lost or stolen? No problem! Just notify the Campus Card Office or University Public Safety and we will deactivate your old card and transfer any Campus Cash balances to a new card.
- Permanent. Your Campus Card never expires, so once you earn your baccalaureate degree, keep your card. If you return to pursue a graduate degree or become an employee, your privileges will still work. Replacement fees for lost, stolen, or abused cards may be paid with Campus Cash.
Instructions
Residential Meal Plan and Husky Bucks
If you live on campus, your meal plan and Husky Bucks will be added to your campus card. Husky Bucks can be used at all Huskies Dining locations. For more information, visit the Huskies Dining website.
Commuter, Faculty and Staff Meal Plans and Blizzard Bucks
If you live off campus or are faculty or staff, your meal plan and Blizzard Bucks will be added to your campus card. Blizzard Bucks can be used at all Huskies Dining locations. For more information, visit the Huskies Dining website.
Student Print Account
Each semester, St. Cloud State adds $8 to your student print account, which is accessed with your Campus Card. For further information to add extra funds to your printing account see the knowledge base article.
Other Uses
Use your Campus Card for admission to sporting events, such as Husky Hockey games, free Metro bus rides, access to the fitness center, and more.
Refund Policy
Complete and submit the Campus Cash refund form to obtain a refund from your Campus Cash account. There will be a $5.00 processing fee assessed to your account and a check will be mailed to the address selected within 5-7 business days. You must log in to your Office365 account (StarID@go.minnstate.edu and StarID password) to access the form.
