How can I reset my supplemental account password?
Instructions
To modify the password of a supplemental account, please go out to the Supplemental Account Maintenance page.
** note you must be on-campus resources to access this page or you will receive an error**
- On the left side of the page you will see a Password Change, click on the words Password Change
- Type in the log in name ( the supplemental account name)
- Type in current password
- Type New password
- Your password must meet or exceed the following criteria:
- Not contain the account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
- Be changed at least every 180 days
- Have a minimum of 8 characters (letters, numbers, or special characters)
- Have 3 of the 4 types of characters (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters)
- Not be one of the last seven passwords used with this account
- Confirm New password
* If you do not know what the current password is or the password has expired, the account owner can reset the password from the Supplemental Account.
