Description
This project will have dedicated space that is secure and separate from any other office space. All data collected from the project will be kept on a separate laptop dedicated to this project only, and any paper files will be kept in a locked cabinet. Key personnel will not use their work laptops for document storage. Additionally, we will utilize a content management site to host the content library, and separate internet service for collaboration and for marketing/content uploads, The IT department will install a firewall to protect the internal systems from the Internet.
