Space Request

Overview

The Space Request service initiates the formal process for requesting, modifying or vacating university-assigned space. This service ensures that all space allocation decisions follow the Assigned Space Policy and are reviewed consistently based on institutional need, availability and strategic priorities.
Requests are submitted using the official Space Request Form and evaluated by Facilities Management in consultation with relevant stakeholders. No moves or changes may occur until final approval is received.
