Overview

This form provides students, employees, and visitors with a way to report accessibility barriers encountered on campus, in college programs, services, websites, or facilities. Reports submitted through this form are intended for accessibility concerns that do not require an immediate response or action and help the college identify, address, and improve access for all members of the campus community. If you are experiencing an urgent issue that requires immediate attention, please contact the appropriate campus office directly

Faculty, staff, emeritus, campus visitors, and prospective and current students are eligible for this service.
