ITS Enhancement Request

Overview

An enhancement is a request for the SCSU ITS department to improve an existing capability or create a unique product of smaller scale. This is intended for smaller-scale initiative or enhancement to existing offering that meet all of the criteria below:

• Project cost <$5,000 (not including internal labor)
• Resource time not to exceed 40 hours
• An enhancement to existing service

An ITS liaison will contact you within 1-2 weeks of requesting a project. This individual will act as point of contact between your department and the ITS project governance committee for their review and prioritization.
