Request MFA Token

Overview

  • Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring additional verification when signing in. If you are experiencing issues with MFA—such as not receiving approval prompts, being unable to authenticate, or being completely unable to sign in—you can submit a request for assistance.

    Use this service request to get help from the IT team when your MFA is not working as expected or needs to be reset.

Requirements

  • Faculty, staff, emeritus, prospective and current students are eligible for this service.

Procedure

  • Click the Request Help button on this page.
  • Complete the service request form with the required information.
  • Submit the request.
  • Once submitted, a ticket will be automatically created and routed to a team member. An IT staff member will review your request and work with you to resolve the MFA issue or complete a reset if necessary.
