Overview

• Submit this form to authorize HuskyTech technicians to diagnose or repair your device. By doing so, you acknowledge service may involve risks (such as data loss) and agree to our policies on liability and device storage.

Requirements

• Faculty, staff, emeritus, and current students are eligible for this service.

Procedure

• You are submitting a request for HuskyTech Computer Service. By completing this form, you authorize HuskyTech technicians to diagnose and/or repair your device within their scope of service.

  Please note:

  • Technicians are not licensed service dealers.
  • Service may change your device’s configuration.
  • There is a risk of data loss or hardware/software issues, and HuskyTech cannot guarantee results.
  • Devices left for service have a 30-day data storage limit; warranty repairs have 90 days.
  • Devices not picked up within 90 days will be disposed of per SCSU guidelines, and all stored data will be deleted.
