Overview

  • The University is transitioning to a consolidated, standardized fleet of modern multifunction printers (MFPs) to replace outdated networked and USB/desktop printers. Please use this form to request a USB/Desktop Printer only if networked printers cannot support your business need due to technical constraints.

Requirements

  • Available to faculty and staff

  • Exceptions may be considered for the following:

    • Specialized technical requirements, such as:
      • Legacy or niche systems that require direct‑attached printing
      • Systems incompatible with networked MFPs
    • Specialized media or equipment not supported by:
      • Networked MFPs
      • SCSU Print Services
