Sign-In Instructions for Lab Computers
Sign-in methods vary by lab. Instructions are posted in each lab. Refer to the posted signage and use the appropriate sign-in method for the computer you are using.
Entra ID Lab Computers
- Students: Sign in with StarID@go.minnstate.edu
- Faculty and staff: Sign in with StarID@minnstate.edu
Active Directory Lab Computers
- Sign in with your 8-character StarID only (example ab1234cd)
- Do not use StarID@go.minnstate.edu or StarID@minnstate.edu.

Most General Access Labs have flatbed scanners for scanning photos or documents on Windows and Macintosh computers.
Curriculum Labs
Department-Funded Labs - Most labs are available for general student use with Academic classes and other activities having priority. Labs may also be available on evenings and weekends, but are dependent on department policy and building hours. Please reach out to specific departments for more information.
