Question
What resources and benefits do I have access to as a newly admitted student?
If you have only "applied," you will not have access to any resources.
Applicant - Started an application, but is missing components or is in the process of review
Admit (conditional) - Completed an application, but in the process of other steps (like transfer credit review is pending or needs to complete step 2 for nursing, etc)
Admit - Admitted to the university (not program/major necessarily, but still may not have access to certain services until registered or later)
Registered/Enrolled - Registered in current/future courses (but still may not have access to certain services until semester starts or automatic uploads happen overnight)
Answer
Newly Admitted Students should have access to these services 120 days before the first day of enrolled classes.

Loss of Access Due to Inactivity
- Students lose access to most systems after 365 days if they are not registered for classes.
- To regain access, students must re-register for at least one credit.
- Until registration is completed, access may be limited or unavailable, even if the student was previously admitted or enrolled.
Important Notes
- System access is not always immediate and may require overnight updates.
- Some services activate only after the semester officially begins, even if you register early.
- Access to specific tools may vary by program or campus.
