Question

Can I give my parents or someone else access to my billing account?

Answer

You can give a parent or someone else access to your billing account by following the steps below:

  • Login to e-Services
  • Select "Bills and Payment"
  • Select the tab "Give Someone Access to Pay My Bill"
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, hit "Continue"
  •  Enter the person you want to provide access*

*Access is limited to six months. You may renew access by following the above steps. By setting up a new user for your account you give that person the ability to log in to your account, view your bill, and make payments on your behalf.
