Why haven't I received my diploma yet?

Login to e-Services Click on "Academic Records" and then "Unofficial Transcripts" to confirm that your degree has been posted.
Diplomas are mailed approximately eight weeks after the date your degree was awarded.
Diplomas will NOT be mailed if you have a financial obligation to St Cloud State University. Once you clear up any financial obligation, you will need to notify the Office of Records and Registration so that your diploma address can be verified and diploma mailed.
Diplomas will NOT be mailed if you do not have either a Permanent or Diploma Address on your record. You will need to add one of these addresses and then notify the Office of Records and Registration so that your diploma can be mailed.
