Undergraduate Students: Students are encouraged to apply for graduation 1 semester prior to the term they expect to be finished with all degree requirements. Please access the online Graduation application. A $30 non-refundable processing fee will be added to your student account when submitting the graduation application. An evaluation pertaining to completion of your academic requirements will sent to your SCSU email approximately 4 weeks after you apply. Any missing requirements or errors must be resolved before you can officially graduate from SCSU. Contact your advisor for assistance with these errors.
Graduate Students: The online Graduation application must be completed during the first four weeks of the intended graduation semester. A $30 application fee for master-level students and $35 for doctoral students is required. Failure to submit the application by the deadline will result in a delay in reviewing and processing your graduation.
Note for Graduate Students: All graduate students must be registered for courses in the term in which they intend to graduate. For more information visit the policy on the Graduate Studies website.
