If you mailed or dropped off a completed transcript request form and payment to the Office of Records and Registration, your official transcript will be mailed within three to five business days of receipt. If you have a financial obligation to St Cloud State University, your transcript request will be returned to you.
If you ordered your official transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse, you will receive an email once the transcript has been sent. If you have a financial obligation to St Cloud State University, you will receive an email informing you of this hold. The email also instructs you to contact the Office of Records and Registration once the financial hold has been removed so that they can send out your transcript. You would then receive an email informing you that the transcript has been sent. If you do not take care of this financial obligation within 30 days, the system will automatically cancel your request.
