Tech Support Zone Coverage

Introduction

This article describes how faculty and staff can locate the primary technician for their department (zone).

Zone Coverage Background: 

ITS uses a "zone coverage" technology support model, which considers campus geography as well as affinities between departments, when determining technician assignments for a department.   

Instructions

Use the chart below to identify and locate the primary technician for your department/area (zone). If a primary technician is unavailable, you may contact the backup technician if listed. All technicians will provide backup support for all areas as needed, yet the chart below lists primary support zones and primary backup zones for technicians.
