What access do I have for IT Services as an Emeritus?

Introduction

What access do you have as a retired employee to IT Services?

  • As a retiree, your email remains active for approximately 45 days from your retirement date unless you have Emeritus access
  • If you do not have Emeritus access please fill out the form located under Forms here

Instructions

You have the following access:

  • Office 365 for ONLINE application access only
  • Computer support via HuskyTech
  • Zoom using your StarID credentials
  • "X Drive" (your personally-assigned filespace) using HuskyNet Secure WiFi on campus
  • You should retain access to your D2L/courses.

No access to:

  • Webspace

Account Locked status

  • If you receive a message on O365 stating your email is locked please contact HuskyTech to have the issue escalated.
