Introduction
The TeamDynamix Mobile application allows service management technicians to access TeamDynamix Work Management while away from their desks. TeamDynamix Mobile includes support for Tickets, Assets, Configuration Items, People, and Locations. The app is available from the App Store or Google Play store.
Instructions
To get started with TeamDynamix Mobile, follow these steps:
- Install the app on your mobile device. Scan the Install the Mobile App QR Code to find the app in your app store.
- Once the app is installed, scan the Register the Mobile App AR Code to link your app to your TeamDynamix environment.
- Open the app and you will be prompted to sign in.

Link the Mobile App to your instance of TeamDynamix.
