How to Manage Your Synchronized List

Overview

Synchronized Class lists are updated daily at 6:00 p.m. to ensure they reflect the most current user data.

Accessing Your Lists

  1. Log in to Simplelists using your StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password.
  2. Once logged in, verify that you can see all your synchronized lists.
    • If your lists are missing, it means you are not currently listed as the owner/moderator.
    • To request access, please submit a ticket to be added as the owner or moderator.

Managing List Settings

  • All settings from your previous lists have been retained.
  • You can manage users and settings; however, please note:
    • Manual changes to the list membership will be overwritten during the next synchronization cycle.
    • Any users added manually will be removed at the next sync, even if list settings have been adjusted.

Important Reminder

To maintain list accuracy and avoid losing changes, make all user updates through the official synchronization source rather than manually within Simplelists.
