We would like to let you know that TeamDynamix (TDX) is updating its user interface on May 3rd.  Below are some of the changes you may notice

What's Changing? 

• Ticket View: Tickets will now open in a side-panel view instead of a new window. You’ll have the flexibility to keep it in the side-panel or open it as a platform tab or browser tab. 

• Dashboards: The Desktop system has been revamped and renamed as Dashboards. Your existing Desktops will be automatically converted to the new Dashboards system.
