Faculty/Staff Printing: Resetting Passcode

Introduction

Faculty and staff should generally do not need a passcode to use the Pharos Cloud printing service at SCSU. However, in the event a faculty or staff member needs to obtain a new passcode, they can use the instructions below to generate a new passcode within the Pharos Cloud web portal. 

 

Instructions

  • Sign in to the HuskyPrint Web Portal
    • Go to scsu.mn/huskyprint and log in using your StarID@minnstate.edu credentials.

  • Open the Passcode Menupasscode menu

    Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper left corner and select “Passcode.” 

  • Generate a New Passcode

    Select “Generate.”passcode screen to generate a new code

  • Check Your Email

    You will receive a message from Pharos Cloud <no-reply@beacon.pharos.com> containing your newly generated passcode.

Important Security Reminder

Treat your passcode just like a password. Do not share it, and store it securely.
