Faculty/Staff Printing: Resetting Passcode

Introduction

Faculty and staff should generally not need a passcode to use the Pharos Cloud printing service at SCSU. However, in the event a faculty or staff member does need to obtain a new passcode, they can use the instructions below to generate a new passcode within the Pharos Cloud web portal. 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign into the HuskyPrint web portal (scsu.mn/huskyprint) using YourStarID@minnstate.edu credentials
  2. Click on the hamburger menu, then select "Passcode"
  3. Select "Generate"
  4. You should receive an email to your SCSU email address from Pharos Cloud <no-reply@beacon.pharos.com> with your new passcode

**Treat your passcode like a password**
