Faculty/Staff Printing: Removing Previous Print Queues

Introduction

To minimize confusion between active and inactive print queues, faculty and staff are encouraged to remove any outdated print queues when transitioning to Pharos Cloud, ideally before installing the Pharos Print desktop app. This proactive step will help ensure clarity when selecting a printer and streamline the printing process.

Instructions

1. Navigate to your computer's Settings 

2. Open "Printers & scanners" 

3. Select the printer to remove

4. Select "Remove" 

5. Repeat as needed to remove all unnecessary printers
